How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping orders are received within 21 business days from the moment the order confirmation email is sent.If your order includes customized or pre-order products, delivery may take between upto 4 weeks depending on the type of product. Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Are there delivery restrictions?

Our delivery service is available in the countries where Bellamy ships. If you wish to have your purchase delivered to a different location, make sure to change the address in the website menu before placing your order.

How can I select the shipping method?

You can choose the shipping method (if available) in the dropdown menu during the checkout process. The corresponding amount will appear in your shopping bag.Our carrier cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or general delivery addresses.

When will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during business hours. A signature from the recipient is required upon receipt of the order.If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a notification with a contact number so you can reschedule the delivery.

When can I consider my order confirmed?

If the order has already been shipped, you can request a return following the instructions in the "Returns" section.Customized products cannot be canceled or modified due to the exclusive nature of their personalization.

How can I make a pre-order online?

You have the option to pre-order items that are not yet available for immediate shipping. The amount for pre-ordered products will be charged at the time of order confirmation, even if the products are not ready to be shipped until the estimated delivery date (3 to 8 weeks).

What should I do if I can't find the product I’m interested in online?

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

Although we make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, variations in photography lighting, screen calibration, and post-production editing may result in slight differences between on-screen images and the physical product you receive. These variations do not affect the quality or craftsmanship of the item.
